Add Checkbox with Config to include the AutoQA in the Analysis

In the language-Resource Panel there is a Button '"Start analysis" Covers a QA and terminology check'. The "Covers a QA and terminology check" should become a checkbox that works just as "autoStartOnImport" for the import. The default value of the checkbox should be configurable on system and customer level, predefined default is "checked". The name of the config should be "autoStartOnAnalysis"
