TBX-import: reduce log data during import

    • Reduced logs for E1472 and E1446 so that total quantity of occurrences happened during import is logged once per event type, instead of logging each occurrence individually

    Description

      It can happen that tbx import log cannot be open due to much log data caused by lots of duplicated messages like 
      TBX Import: Attribute target was emptied as unsupported for that attribute type
      and
      TBX Import: Attribute has known type, but has elementName unexpected for that type so changed to expected one
      Solution should be to count those during import and log once per message type having count of occurrences as extra data
