Log mail sending in task event log

      Mails that are send in the context of the task workflow should be logged in the task event log.

      Users should see, what type of message was send and to what users and when.

      This refers to:

      • mail on user association
      • mail on change of a workflow step
      • deadline reminder
      • did I forget something?
