The full listing of tasks via API is reduced to the task data, no additional sub data like quality stats etc per task is added any more to improve loading speed of such a request.
Description
problem
Some API users are loading the full task list without any paging parameter or filter.
This was bringing down the server since for large instances there are about > 10000 task, all loaded into memory + loading sub data like qualities, user anonymization data etc.
solution
Additional task data is loaded only if paging or filters are provided. Otherwise only the raw task data is loaded, what is normally completely sufficient.
