TermPortal Filter changed after term proposal

When displaying all German terms in a TermCollection with * AND filtering "No terms defined for language" English the user gets displayed a list of all DE terms without EN translations.

When adding a translation as term proposal, the filter is changed to the tbx entry ID and tbx term ID and the exact term (not *) and the language display is changed to English.

This should be:
If term is added in the middle column, no redirect should take place, the term should be added in the middle and highlighted/selected so that additional attributes can be added. The displayed language and the current filter should not be changed.

In case of filter "No terms defined for language" English, the original term entry will still be displayed in the left column as long as user does not reload.
