Train GPT with termCollections and TMs

      Based on TRANSLATE-3518 implement, that TermCollections and t5memory-TMs can be used for training GPT language resources.

      For deletion of whole TermCollections or TMs or single entries of them evaluate, if there is a sense-making way to remove them from the training data of GPT. If not discuss potential solutions for this with Marc.
