No maintenance anouncement message in TermPortal / InstantTranslate

    • The maintenance announcement messages were not shown in termportal and instanttranslate

      problem

      In translate5 an upcoming maintenance is delivered as additional HTTP header to the browser on each request - if maintenance is announced. This seems not to work in TermPortal / InstantTranslate and should be re-enabled / implemented there.

      solution

      Implement similar as in translate5, evaluate on each request if the maintenance headers are present or not, and add / remove the message then permanently in TermPortal / InstantTranslate.
