Always show info icon in match rate panel

    • Info icon in the first column of a match-rate panel - is now always shown

      currently the info icon, that is marked with the red square in the following screen shot, is only visible on mouse over.

      In the future it should always be shown.

      The tooltip should still only be shown on mouse over.
