client PM can change password for admin users

    • FIX: client restricted PMs could edit user's with elevated roles

      The role client PM is allowed to change the password   of roles:
      PM, admin and sysadmins which are assigned to the client PM's client.

       

      After setting a new password, the user will disappear in the users list for the client PM, but user can still use the login
