Remove wrong SRX rule from all languages

    • Remove erroneus SRX-rule from translate5 default File-format settings (BCONF)

      The rule pair

      "\s\p{L}[\.!?…]\s"

      to

      "\p{Lu}\p{Ll}"

      should be removed from all 14 languages in the srx rules in translate5 (source and target srx rules).

      As we now saw as 2 clients, it only does harm but no good.
