Make custom fields editable

    • Defined custom field values for a task, can be edited.

      Currently the custom fields are not editable, once the value is set for a task on task import, this value can not be changed. Make those fields editable the same way as the other fields in the projectTask properties panel.

      The acl logic should be respected, same as for the other fields.
