instruction.xml should access custom fields

the newly introduced custom fields shuld be accessible via the instrucion.xml of the hotfolder function

• field has to be created first
• name of field must be exact tag in instruction xml (in English)
• content between tags will be written into textfield or mapped to radio button or picklist value
