Custom field with regex UI validation stops project creation wizard

      when a regex for numbers only is used in a custom field (for UI validation), even in an optional field

      and a project is created and the custom field is not filled out

      the project wizard will not move on to the next screen

      -> only when adding a number in the optional field

      no info is given, when invalid things are inserted in the custom field
