Assume a pre-translation with multiple associated TMs.

If in both TMs are 100% matches for the same segment, the pre-translation uses just the first 100% match, even if it is older and outdated compared to the match of the following TM

solution

If matchrate is >= 100 and a subsequent match of a different TM has the same matchrate, additionally the timestamp (if provided by the underlying system) is compared also and the newer one is used.
