Some translators prefer to have all empty segments pre-populated with the source, if there is no 100% match or MT.

This should be doable by themselves within the editor for all segments of the current filtering at once.

The current working status of the segment should stay as it is (should be untranslated) and autoQA should NOT be triggered.
