Visual browser: replace browserless with own Chrome dependency

Replace "browserless"-container as base for the visual converter (headless chrome) with a self-maintained chrome dependency. This should enable listening to JS Exceptions, errors & console in the Headless Browser and to enable normal logging in PHP to stdout in docker
