• If tag errors are configured in the zero qualities feature (as introduced with TRANSLATE-3360: AutoQA must be 0 errors to finish task) then a normal editor would not be able to finish such a task
• BUT such user is not able to fix that, since the PM must either fix it, or we rely on the tag auto repairing introduced with TRANSLATE-3725
