Remove non breaking spaces and non regular white-spaces on term import and from all existing terms in the database.
Description
Those can be a problem in different situations. For example when transferring data to DeepL.
On import all whitespaces are already trimmed from the imported term, what is missing is removing the non breaking spaces.
