No access exception: reopen locked task

    • Fix for a problem where task was unlocked by the inactive-cleanup component, but the user has still the translate5 task-editing UI open.

      Problem

      When inactive connections are marked as stalled by the message bus, the opened tasks by those connections/users are unlocked. This leads to an UI error if the user has still open the translate5 task in the browser and it triggers an ajax request which checks for task association.
