IP-based Authentication should still allow to log in as a user

      If you call up the login page directly, you get the login page and can log in with User/PW.

      Deep links into main translate5 would then also lead to the login page and not to InstantTranslate or TermPortal.

      If this link in TermPortal/InstantTranslate, which should only exist for for IP-based auth users, really exists should be determined by a systemconfig. The default is "disabled" - so it does not exist.

      implementation

      Config "runtimeOptions.authentication.ipbased.applets" introduced. The list of applets for which the ipbased authentication should be used is configured here.
      To access an applet via IP based auth then, the deeplink to the applet must be used, example:
