repetitions of blocked segments should not be treated as repetitions

Currently if a blocked segment is repeated as editable segment, the editable segment is counted as a repetition of the blocked segment.

This should not be the case, as a blocked segment is a pure reference and nothing is done with it in translate5.

So repetitions of blocked segments should be treated as if they were no repetition (except of course, if they are repeated multiple times as editable segments, then the first one is no repetition and the further ones are repetitions of the first editable version of the segment).

Also right now if a blocked segment is repeated and the repetition is still blocked, it is counted as a repetition in the analysis. Blocked segments should never be counted in the analysis.
