Only one internal fuzzy per analysis

Problem

Currently if internal fuzzy checkbox is enabled when running analysis and pre-translation, for each TM, we will create clone memory and calculate the internal fuzzy. We should only create 1 internal fuzzy per TM resource type. For example if there are 5 t5memory resources assigned for analysis, we only run internal fuzzy for the first memory, all others should run without it.
