Add possibility to UI to use timestamp of last segment save, when re-importing a task to the TM

Add to the UI the possibility to choose, what timestamp should be used on re-import of tasks to TM. One option, that might work best to achieve this in the current UI would be a drop-down with 2 options:

First option:

DE: Aktueller Zeitpunkt
EN: Current Timestamp

Second option:

DE: Zeitpunkt der Segmentspeicherung
EN: Time of segment saving

And a tooltip behind the dropdown: 

DE: Als Datum und Uhrzeit des erzeugten TM-Eintrags wird bei "Zeitpunkt der Segmentspeicherung" das Datum verwendet, an dem er letzte Benutzer das Segment in der Aufgabe gespeichert hat. Andernfalls wird der Zeitpunkt verwendet, an dem die Aufgabe neu ins TM durchgespeichert wird.

EN: The date and time of the TM entry created is the timestamp on which the last user saved the segment in the task. Otherwise, the timestamp on which the task is saved to TM is used.
