Further harmonize sequences of lists in the reflown visual (lists in tables)

Currently, multiline paragraphs will keep their evaluated width to keep the layout
this creates problems with 2-line paragraphs or sequences of lists, where target-languages running longer are growing to the bottom only
Sequences of list-items should orient the text-length on the longest detected list-item. The shorter ones may need additional linebreaks to keep the structure
Orphan 2-line paragraphs also should be elongated to the max. possible width (adding a linebreak after the first line if neccessary)
these "upscaled" paragraphs shall get a property hinting at the text-length and the line-breaks a marker-class, so when longer target-texts are applied, the added linebreaks can be removed to condense the layout (=> introduce context-sensitivity to the frontend)
