docker on premise: languagetool healthcheck changed

    • for on premise docker users: healthcheck for languagetool changed, including automatic restart on failure!
    • docker compose pull to get the latest containers. For languagetool there is now a health check which forces the languagetool to restart when either the process crashed or it does not respond on HTTP requests

      problem

      A check was implemented to check if process is alive and if it responds to HTTP requests.
