Problem

When the user wants to upload an html for Visual, the zip upload is the only way, single html (analogous to single pdf) are not accepted.

Solution

Allow the upload of single (that is without any additional files such as css or pictures) html files in the wizard in the files/Dateien tab analogous to the pdf upload
