Pivotpretranslation: show origin

      Problem

      When using a pivot language that origins partly from a TM and partly from an MT it is not visible for the user which segment stems from which source.

       

      Solution

      Add another column in the segment editor where the source of the pivot translation will be visible e.g. by the match rate (100 would be TM, less would be MT) or just the source (resource name)
