Problem

When blocked segments contain empty targets, there is an Okapi warning on export, see attached screens. However, in the translation part there are no empty segments.

Solution

Do not give this warning if the empty targets are blocked

- - Sort By Name
  - Sort By Date
  - Ascending
  - Descending
  - Thumbnails
  - List
  - Download All
