Internal API not usable with application tokens

      problem

      The Term Translation, ConnectWorldserver Plugin and InstantTranslate file translation is not usable via application tokens, since the token is internally not passed to the internal API.

      solution

      The internal API is re-using the current cookie, in the same way it should re-use the auth token if set.
