Export not possible when okapi import had errors

    • Fix an issue which prevents task export when some files of the task could not be imported with Okapi.

      problem

      If a file could not be imported with okapi, the file was still generated in translate5, with an empty fileparser in the file table.

      On export that led to a fatal error.

      solution

      prevent the fatal errors, that such files are in the table, is actually fine / does not hurt.
