Problem

When segments are locked in a task by a manual process or by 100% matches etc, they should be locked in the exported xlf of the translator package, too, when a translator uses another tool.

Solution

Preserve the locked status of the segments in the exported xlf. Please check with an xliff in Trados together with Sylvi, if the solution works before starting implementation.
