Offer/order overview for clients

This is the complementary issue to TRANSLATE-4018.

In a tabular view all orders created by the client user in TRANSLATE-4018 should be listed with the following columns:

• Project-ID
• Task-ID
• Task title
• source language
• target language
• Order date
• Current workflow step
• Current workflow step progress
• Download (only with an available download action, if workflow is finished)

The tabular view should only contain orders. Offers are not listed.

The user should be able to switch between offer/order form and order overview, if he is logged in and should only be able to see the orders, he created himself.
