Description
Problem
Some tasks via hotfolder cannot be imported at all in translate5 and the files are moved to the error folder. However, nobody will notice unless the error folder is watched.
Solution
Send notification emails to a general email address (to be set as config) in cases where the PM cannot be determined (from instruction.xml) or if PM can be found, send to PM.
