Use EN-GB instead of simple EN and PT as target for DeepL resources

    • For DeepL language resources target languages "en" and "pt" changed to "en-GB" and "pt-PT" respectively.

      Some customers still have major `en` and `pt` as target language for DeepL resources.
      This produces errors in communication with DeepL API as it has deprecated major `en` long ago.
