Problem

When segments that have been exported as excel for external editing contain < and > the re-import will not work.

Steps to reproduce

• export task for external excel editing
• for one of the segment targets in the exported excel add this as a content: test (<200 m); 5 mm + 3 ppm (>200 m) aleks
• import this excel again in the task

Solution

Hint: The problem comes because the code thinks this is a tag: <200 m); 5 mm + 3 ppm (>
and it crashes later when the dom parser loads this content and tries to handle it
