Problem

In the word total that is shown in the task overview and in the task via the project view, blocked segments are counted. Blocked segments can never be made editable for assigned users as they are defined by the file type, they are only imported and shown for context reasons. Showing them in the word total does not reflect the real amount to be worked on.

Solution

Do not count blocked segments, for the analysis this is already the case.
