Problem

Previously it was possible to use a TermCollection with generic EN terms to synchonise to a DeepL EN-gb resource. This is no longer possible.

Solution

Make it possible again to synch generic languages to sublanguages and follow the logic of termtagger:

Example:
EN-gb/EN-us/EN TermCollection to EN-gb resource: use all EN and EN-gb terms, no EN-us
