Currently, all dirs that might appear on remote sftp directory are having temporary nature due existing only during the corresponding step of import lifecycle. Hovewer, in some cases this leads to permission-related and other problem, so those dirs should be kept despite empty, i.e. those dirs contents should be moved between the dirs but the dirs themselves should be kept
