Languages filter in the UI

Description

The current language filter UI for tasks is not user-friendly and lacks an intuitive way to search and select languages efficiently. To improve usability, we need to redesign this component to allow users to search for and select languages using a "tag field"-style interface.

We already have a similar implementation in the ERP module, utilizing the TagFilter component from one of our plugins. This component can be adapted and integrated into the main application to meet the filtering requirements.

Potential problem can be controlling the state of the filter and remembering the selected values. This must be evaluated on development.
