Client-PM assignment for task as translator does NOT work for job, where he is NOT PM

      Problem

      If a client is assigned for a task as editor, for which he has not PM rights (because it does not belong to "his" client(s), he is not able to see this task in his task list.

      Yet he should

      Solution

      Make tasks visible for client PM in her/his task list, even if the task does not belong to the clientPMs clients.
