Handle HTML entities on language resources result processing

    • New option to encode html entities for resources which are using the html tag handler.

      Problem

      When the requested language resource contains unencoded HTML entities (e.g., using & instead of &), the content is saved as-is in the segment. As a result, the task cannot be exported properly.

      Currently this is only the case for resources using the HTML tag handling.
