Self closing mrk in sdlxliff gets always same tag number

    • Fix for a problem where tag check will complain about duplicate tags in segment with multiple self closing mrks.

    Description

      Problem

      If trans-unit contains multiple self closing mrks, they will be converted to internal tags. Those tags then will get same tag number which produces problems(duplicate tags) wit the tag check in the UI.
