Problem

If  "Import and skip next steps" is used in the main task creation window and for the selected customer and language combination default users are defined, the users will be associated to the task even the "skip defaults is clicked".

To reproduce

• define user defaults for customer
• create new task and select the matching customer and language combo
• use "Import skip next steps button" to create task
