Import SDLXLIFF x-html c-type tags

      Problem

      Trados uses tags without unique tag ID for embedded html and translate5 imports them with same ID. In saving those segments user gets error "duplicate tags, remove them".

      Solution

      Use unique IDs so that in the editor no false duplicate error is thrown.
