1. The sublanguage deduction needs to be checked:

deduction is made for TM DE--EN-gb in task DE–EN (according to mouseover this should not be the case

2. the 104 sublanguage deduction is faulty in the editor columns AND in the fuzzy match panel

3. decide on behaviour of clientPM (rights for client but not for language resource)

Example 1: Task DE-AT => EN and Language resource DE-AT => EN-GB, sublanguage penalty 104, but NO deduction must be made, so 15 should be 101 match, 29 repetition on the screenshot below, but 15 ends up in no match, so deduction is made, which should not be the case

Example 2: Another task DE-AT => EN and Language resource DE-AT => EN-GB, sublanguage penalty 104, but deduction should not be done here as well.

In the Matches panel of the opened task it should be shown 101 for the first (single) match

Example 3: Another task DE-AT => EN and Language resource DE-AT => EN-GB, sublanguage penalty 3, result as expected for columns in editor, but NOT for fuzzy match panel, as deduction should NOT be made here as well
