Problem

Some users would like to be able to accept their own tracked changes, which is not possible right now in translate5.

Solution

Add option 
"Can accept/reject own tracked changes"

like shown in the screenshot, which is off by default (to not change the default status quo).

Add the same option in the "create project" wizard and in the project management, where you can manage users of an existing task.

Rename the current option "Can accept/reject tracked changes" to "Can accept/reject tracked changes of others"
