Above the exported HTML with the segment table show a small filter icon. On icon click expand 3 filters:

• checkbox: show only commented segments
• dropdow field where user can select/type different type of processing status
• matchrate 2 text fields,  "greater/lesser than", that are accepting a number. They will filter the segments by the matchrate column

Default filter values can be pre-set in the system configuration for processing status and "show only commented segments".
