    • Changed default behaviour: Now it is allowed to comment locked segments in the editor. This can be switched off on system level in the config
    • Added new config on system level that allows admins to chose in the UI if it is allowed to comment locked segments in the editor or not.

    Description

      Problem

      Some users would like to allow comments for locked segments, some don't. This can be set on database level, but this means effort on MittagQI side.

      Solution

      Introduce a UI config on system level to do so. Set it to "allowed" per default.
