Problem

In InstantTranslate and likely also in main translate5 it is not possible to upload a file with a file extension, that is spelled partly or fully uppercase. 

Solution

Make sure, file extensions partly or fully spelled uppercase are also accepted and returned after translation in the same (partly) uppercase spelling, as they were imported.
