Content Protection: Change flow of protection to allow whitespace handling with protection rules

As of now we first protect whitespaces with exception for number specific like NNBSP.
In discussion with Sylvi and Marc was decided that this flow is incorrect and instead of covering edge-cases in fact limits user and produces misbehaviour.
So fix is very easy one - remove protection of whitespaces before content protection.
